Made To Motivate

"You guys know that, if you do the work, you work hard enough, dreams come true!"

Welcome to a special episode of Made To Motivate. Host Ryan Weiss, Co-Host Nick Mancuso, and Co-Co-Host Jesse Unk, sit down to remember a legend.

This episode came right in the wake of the loss of one of the greatest of all time, Kobe Bryant. His passing was announced a couple hours before the guys were supposed to sit down to record episode 4. It seemed only fitting for us to change up this show and pay our respects. Our thoughts are with his family and everyone else involved in this horrific accident.

He was much more than just a basketball player. He was a legend both on and off the court. His stats alone show the impact he had on the game. Off the court he was multilingual. He learned several languages so that he could communicate with his teammates that did not speak English fluently. He spoke Italian, Slovenian, Spanish, French, and Serbian. He was a huge supporter of women's sports, advocating for the WNBA, and also an avid soccer fan.

He was a father of 4 wonderful daughters, and husband to his wife Vanessa, of 20 years. Kobe passed in a helicopter crash, along with his daughter, Gianna, on January 26, 2020.

He will be remembered for the Legacy he has left on the NBA and the impact he has had on people across the world.
